02Track record

What I have actually done

  1. 01

Built AMW Media from a first contract in January 2024 to a twelve person in house team by 2025.

Google Partner, Meta Partner and Shopify Partner. Every service delivered by people on the payroll, none of it outsourced. See it →

  2. 02

Took a bespoke steel door maker from a five figure month to £1.13m of revenue won between April and August 2026.

112 deals, 328 appointments, all read from the client's own CRM. The best measured campaign AMW has run. See it →

  3. 03

Delivered 2,215 Meta Ads leads at £12.50 each for a campervan converter in twelve months.

Campervans are an aspirational purchase. Social ads beat search for this niche, and the account proves it every month. See it →

  4. 04

Built MyContentLab, the reporting platform that reads a client's social, ads, Google and CRM data into one dashboard.

Complete months only, platform conversions and CRM revenue kept apart. Used on every AMW client, now sold to other agencies. See it →

  5. 05

Shipped FitConnect to the App Store and Google Play, and HomeHoldem to the web.

A booking app for personal trainers and a web app for private poker nights. Designed and built in house. See it →

  6. 06

Scaled an online fightwear shop from nothing to £180,000 turnover in its first year.

First ad accounts, first funnels, first sponsorship contracts, years before the agency existed.

  7. 07

Over 100 five star reviews and not one negative.

Earned behind a camera first, then at AMW Media. Nobody leaves five stars for turning up on time, so it is the clearest signal I have that the work lands. See it →

  8. 08

PRINCE2 and Scrum Master certified. Self taught in everything else.

Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, lighting, editing, code. Learnt on the job, with a client's money on the line.

What started as a single retainer in January 2024 is now a team working with brands across the UK, Poland, Germany and Denmark.

03The agency

AMW Media is a UK creative media agency with its office in High Wycombe. It grows brands with everything in house: video and photography, social media, web design, graphic design, SEO, Google and Meta Ads, email, and the CRM that ties it together. One team, one monthly fee, and a plan you can see the results of.

The short version

Every job going, The beginnings

Every job going

Forklift driver, barman, waiter, labourer, demolition, underground tunnel crew, police translator, server cleaner, receptionist, office admin. Everything useful came from YouTube and from doing the job before I felt ready.

Left university, 2011

Left university

Information Security and Forensic Computing at Anglia Ruskin. A solid course with nothing creative in it, and by then every spare hour was going into making music. So I left.

Construction, 2012

Construction

Labouring and demolition. Early starts, hard days, and the first lesson in doing a job properly the first time.

Warehouse operative, 2014

Warehouse operative

Picking, packing and shifting stock. Learned what a badly run operation costs the people inside it.

Laboratory assistant, 2016

Laboratory assistant

Procedures, sample handling, a white coat. The first job where the process mattered more than the effort.

Gym build, January 2019

Gym build

One day as a labourer on a gym build in High Wycombe became twelve weeks. Nobody there knew I would end up running the place.

Receptionist, May 2019

Receptionist

Front desk at the club I had just helped build. Sign ups, cancellations, complaints. The first job where I could see exactly why people stay and why they leave.

E-commerce manager, September 2019

E-commerce manager

Set up and ran the shop for the gym’s fightwear brand. Nought to £180,000 in the first year. First ad accounts, first funnels, first contracts.

Gym manager, February 2020

Gym manager

Running the club, the team and the numbers. First time the result was mine to own.

Area manager, January 2021

Area manager

Three clubs instead of one. Same job three times over, with the travel in between.

Picked up a camera, May 2021

Picked up a camera

Started as a hobby, shooting at weekends for the love of it. Then people began asking what I charged, and it turned into a business before I had decided to start one.

Certified, 2023

Certified

Project management was the part of the work I kept coming back to, so I got certified. PRINCE2, then Scrum Master. Both still shape how the company runs today.

First retainer, January 2024

First retainer

Filmed a campervan converter's vans and they were left holding footage they did not know what to do with. So I took on the content, the social and the ads as well. The idea for AMW Media started there.

AMW Media Ltd, May 2024

AMW Media Ltd

Incorporated with five clients on contract. Fourteen clients run solo for seven months while the company was built around them.

The team, 2025

The team

Twelve people in house. Google, Meta and Shopify Partner status.

Software, 2026

Software

MyContentLab, FitConnect and HomeHoldem shipped.

Keep going

Growth every month since the first retainer, and no intention of levelling off. MyContentLab is built for a worldwide market and that is where it is going. AMW Media keeps doing what it was built to do: results clients can read in their own accounts.

Sometimes the biggest changes start with a single decision.

08How I work

Six rules

  1. 01

    Results, not hours

Nobody at AMW tracks time. Two questions matter: is the work done, and is the client happy.

  2. 02

    Everything under one roof

Strategy, filming, editing, design, ads and the website sit with one team. Nothing is handed to a stranger halfway through.

  3. 03

    Under promise, over deliver

What we agree is the floor, not the ceiling. A plan is worth having only if it can be beaten.

  4. 04

    Reply within the hour

Questions get answered inside the working hour. Good work loses its momentum sitting in an inbox.

  5. 05

    Branding earns its keep

A can of water built a billion pound brand. Branding is not decoration, it is the reason someone picks you over the identical firm down the road.

  6. 06

Build something that runs without you

A business that needs you in it every hour cannot grow past you. Marketing is usually the first piece worth handing over.

Five star reviews across both businesses · not one negative

Amir Wanas Photography

Hundreds of businesses helped and more than 100 five star reviews between the two businesses. Not one negative review in all that time. It started behind a camera, and what that taught me was not light or lenses. It was how a client decides, what they are actually paying for, and what it costs to be worth the money. The camera work runs through AMW Media's content production team now, with an editor, a strategy and somewhere for the pictures to go.
